VETERANS, First responders supports

I am proud to be approved by Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) as a therapist and counsellor, and clinical care manager. They offer direct billing (contact your Case Manager to arrange, or contact me and I can help direct you). I also may be able to direct bill your insurance company if you do not have coverage through VAC. Contact me and we can discuss:(587) 220-1384 is my direct cell number.

I also work closely with Military Families Resource Centre (MFRC) in providing presentations to military veterans and their families, as well as providing direct counselling and therapy services.

I also enjoy volunteering at, supporting, and working with the Veterans Foodbanks in Calgary.

I provide individual one-on-one therapy and counselling for Veterans and First Responder Service personnel.

I also provide couples therapy and counselling to assist spouses and significant others to navigate their relationships, PTSD, trauma, anger management, secondary trauma, anxiety, depression, socialization, emotional regulation, effective communication, as well as parenting and co-parenting skills.

All groups are co-facilitated with Mr. John Senior, a 23+ year veteran as both Army and Airforce, with service in Germany, Bosnia, Local Operations, and Afghanistan.
